How do I get started?+
Reach out through our contact form and our team will walk you through the right plan and get your store set up — most sellers are ready to launch within minutes once onboarding is complete.
Are there transaction fees on top of my plan?+
No. Your annual plan is the whole cost — Lagran doesn't take an additional percentage of your sales. Standard payment processing charges from banks and card networks still apply.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Most sellers start on Starter or Growth and move up as they add products, admins, or need more storage. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of your billing year.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?+
We'll let you know before anything is interrupted. There are no surprise overage charges — we'll simply recommend the plan that fits, and you decide if and when to switch.
Is monthly billing available?+
Plans are billed annually, which keeps the effective monthly cost lower than month-to-month billing would. Talk to sales if you need a different arrangement for your business.
